Become an operator

Run your own shyp.

Lead a hub in your neighbourhood, with no money down. We pay you a monthly salary from your first day, and you share in the profit as your hub grows. It’s a way to build a steady life, by building something of your own.

A hub operator stands in the doorway of shyp hub HUB6301 under its raised orange shutter and orange shyp sign, keys in hand, as a rider pulls up outside.

A career, not a gamble.

Most businesses ask you to risk your savings before you earn anything. A shyp hub doesn’t. We put up the money. You put in the leadership, and you’re paid for it from the start.

  • No investment

You pay no franchise fee and buy no equipment. We fund the hub: the space, the shelves, the motorcycles and the software.

  • A salary from day one

A minimum monthly salary of ₱30,000 from your first day, before your hub makes a peso of profit.

  • A share of the profit

As your hub grows, you take a share of its profit on top of your salary. Your salary is the floor, not the ceiling.

A hub that runs with you.

You don’t run a shyp hub alone. Every hub comes equipped with AI that handles the busywork, and with the couriers and payment services already plugged in. You lead your team. The hub keeps up.

  • Glasses that guide every pick

Your team wears shyp smart glasses that show what to pick and where it is, and check each item as it’s scanned.

  • Stock that counts itself

Every scan updates your stock. The weekly count shows you only what doesn’t match.

  • Cash that adds up on its own

Cash on delivery, courier fees and merchant balances reconcile themselves every evening.

  • A heads-up before a problem

A late rider, a short delivery, a disputed return: the hub tells you first, with what to do next.

How it works

Five steps from your application to your own hub, and you’re paid from the first day of training.

A trainer points at a parcel as a new operator seals it with wide orange tape at the packing bench.

What people get wrong.

“I need savings to start.”
The truth: You don’t. We fund the hub. You bring the leadership.
“I need to know logistics.”
The truth: You don’t. Operators come from shops, restaurants, offices and warehouses. We teach you the work; leading people is what matters.
“I only get paid if the hub makes money.”
The truth: Your minimum salary starts on day one. The profit share comes on top as the hub grows.
“It’s a side business.”
The truth: It’s a full-time role. You run your hub in person, not from a distance.
