Who we are

shyp is run by [Registered business name], [DTI or SEC registration number], [Registered business address], Makati City, Metro Manila. We are the personal information controller for the details you give us on this site.

What we collect

The details you enter in the "Reserve a bin in Hub 01" form: your company name, your name, mobile number and email, what you sell, where you sell, your monthly Metro Manila orders, where your customers are, and anything you add. We also keep the campaign tags in the link you arrived from, so we know which post or pitch brought you.

Why

To call you about a bin in Hub 01 and send you the rate card. We use it for nothing else.

Where it is kept

On Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Only our team can read it. We do not sell or share it.

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page opens. The form runs Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser to stop spam bots; it does not track you across sites.

How long

If you become a shyp merchant, your details move to your service agreement and its own notice. If you do not, we delete them 12 months after you sent the form, or earlier if you ask.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

Email hello@useshyp.com and we will do it. You have these rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
