What a reservation is

Reserving a bin in Hub 01 tells us you want one. It costs nothing and does not bind you or us. [confirm: no deposit] We call you, send the rate card, and you sign a service agreement only if you decide to go ahead. The service agreement, not this page, sets the terms of your bin.

When Hub 01 opens

Hub 01 in Makati opens when 40 merchants have signed. We tell you the opening date at least [confirm: 30] days before it. If Hub 01 has not opened by [confirm: date], your reservation lapses and we delete your details, unless you ask us to keep them.

Pricing

• Bins start at ₱2,500 a month. [confirm: VAT inclusive or exclusive]
• The first 40 merchants to sign keep their launch rate for twelve months from the day Hub 01 opens.
• A bin has a three-month minimum term.
• Pick, pack and delivery fees are on the rate card we send after you reserve.

Your stock

• You own your stock. We hold it for you and return it when you leave.
• We scan each item in and out and count your bin every week.

Cash on delivery

Our riders collect cash on delivery. We reconcile it the same evening and remit it to you weekly, less our fees. [confirm: remittance day and method]

Returns

We accept returns only at the hub counter, with the buyer there. We check the items against the order and apply the return rules you give us. A return that fails your rules goes back with the buyer.

Your buyers' details

To deliver your orders we receive your buyers' names, addresses and mobile numbers. We use them only to deliver and to handle returns, under a data processing agreement that is part of the service agreement.
